Toby was a rescued dog from the animal shelter that I found online and decided to adopt before we even met him. When we went to the shelter we found the dog a matted mess and he was really clingy. He was already named Tobias which means "God is good". I can't help but see that every time I look at him, he is the sweetest and smartest dog I have ever met. I know that for a fact from his attempts to train me instead of me training him. (Toby seems to be winning) :)
Tobias~God is good today, tomorrow and always.
